The Treaty of Peace Between The Beau Cade of Turen Schappanok And The city state of Caer Aeslyn

The protocol and agreement respecting the military cease fire of the territories of Loch Meriander, including but not limited to the surrounding lands and chance encounters between the allied gnome race and the respective population of the north bank, human or otherwise. Both Chieftain and Burgermeister shall commit to continued non-violent resolution of past issues and gripes, and shall accept mediation in case of escalation. External mediator shall be appointed by mutual agreement. No repayment for past loss of property or life shall be pursued by either party. Both parties shall have equal access and rights to the bounties and resources of Loch Meriander, including but not limited to all in, on and above the sea, excluding sentient beings or property already belonging to an interested party. Both parties commit to maintaining and respecting existing resources, to be exploited in a sustainable and suitable manner.
